late last September I bought this HP Tc1100 Tablet Pc from Ebay , It came with nothing. No OS no Pen nothing Since then I’ve been restoring it to full functionality. I’m happy to say that as of yesterday I’ve completely restored my tablet!!! In now sitting in KFC in Warsaw eating, using Wifi and hand- writing this article. Matt = very happy.

I was lucky enough to find a friend of a friend who happened to have the recovery disks for a toshiba tablet, I installed it, then used a keychanger to change it to the cd key under the battery. I then proceeded to uninstall the toshiba software and install the HP software from the HP support section.
